Irwin Park

ColRich

ColRich acquired Irwin Park, a 177-unit garden-style complex in Kent, WA, and was eager to renovate and reposition it from an affordable workforce housing alternative to a newer Class “A” product. Notch Mountain Properties submitted an offer to purchase the Canterbury Square Apartments, a 71-unit garden-style apartment complex in Lakewood, CO. Built in 1970, the complex had not seen cosmetic updates in nearly fifty years.
